Wild Coho Salmon, Short Ribs – Specials Sept 17 & 18
There is still room for you to make reservations for the Andrew Will Wine Dinner next Tuesday. This is a FULL DINNER, not a simple tasting, and the wines are truly brilliant, and some of the very finest from Washington. A full five course dinner with four rare wines (some are not even normally available in Kansas) is one heck of a deal. And we have a very informative representative coming in from the winery in Washington!
We have six wonderful new cheeses this week. Some really cool stuff, make certain to check them out!
Enjoy! – Scott
