Wester Ross Salmon, Grilled Filet with Cherries – Special Nov 30 Dec 1

On SATURDAY WE WILL OPEN EARLY AT 4PM. We had a number of request to do so, as many of you want to stop by and have some “real food” before you go to the game. That sounded like a good idea to us, I want to enjoy the game, not watch it in a super-induced coma from being hyped up on funnel cake!

We still have some openings on Friday, but it is getting pretty busy, so please be certain to make reservations. Also, if you are making reservations online for Saturday before 5pm, you will have to call in, but we do still have tables open.

NEW HAPPY HOUR SPECIALS! From 5pm to 6:30pm we will offer glasses of wine for $2 OFF, and bottles of wine for $8 OFF bottles of wine. This special cannot be combined with any other offer.

Special – Wester Ross Salmon from Scotland, grilled with a sweet red pepper glaze, served on a bed of roasted corn, red pepper and wild rice risotto, with grilled zucchini.

Special – Kansas-raised Angus filet Mignon, grilled with a black cherry and shiraz compote, served on a bed of roasted shallot and mashed red potatos, grilled asparagus.

This Weekend’s Prix Fixe Menu
Amuse – sparkling sangria agua fresca
Starter – goat cheese, shrimp, and pesto-stuffed ravioli, toasted and served with fire-roasted red pepper-cream sauce.
Entrees – Grilled Wester Ross Salmon, Grilled Filet with cherries
Dessert – Pots de Creme – petite “pot” of Belgian chocolate custard, topped with whipped cream and a fudge crinkle on the side
