Amuse Bouche
avocado gazpacho with bliss golden trout caviar

– Appetizer (please select one) –

fresh, Oregon black truffle risotto, on a bed of pan-wilted baby spinach, finished with porcini mushroom mousse

thinly sliced, house-cured and cold smoked steelhead salmon “pizza”, served on a flatbread crust with creme fraiche, shallots, asparagus, fromage blanc, fresh herbs, and asparagus

inside-out maki sushi roll with marinated portobello mushroom,
sweet gourd, spring onion, cucumber, and avocado, topped with
ultra-fresh Hawaiian ahi tuna, and Hawaiian escolar (walu)

– Entree (please select one) –

Mishima Ranch American wagyu ultra grade (beef marbling score of 8-12, six levels better than prime) pan-seared KC strip steaks, finished with brandy-peppercorn-cream sauce, served on a bed of chive mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, with grilled asparagus (24- additional charge)

New Zealand Green Spiny lobster tail (6 ounces) poached in champagne-butter broth, finished with sorrell-cream sauce, served on a bed of carrot-ginger risotto, with grilled asparagus.
(substitute 12oz Lobster Tail 18- additional charge)

Pan-roasted. locally-raised quail finished with sauteed fresh
chanterelle mushrooms, thyme, and shallots, served on a bed of
wild rice risotto with red pepper and grilled corn.

Chocolate dotted torte – dense white torte flavored with toasted almonds and flecked with dark Belgian chocolate, served with house-brandied cherries

Black and Tan Creme Brulee – two mini creme brulees, one dark Belgian chocolate and one creamy caramel

only the prix fixe menu will be offered on Valentine’s Day
prix fixe menus may be split for a charge of four dollars
each Valentine’s Day diner must order an entrĂ©e
the special entrees will also be offered all weekend
