Valentine’s Day Specials – 2014

We are completely booked for Valentine’s Day
We will run the specials all weekend. For a more relaxed evening we suggest Sunday or Monday.

Amuse Bouche

chilled english pea soup with american sturgeon caviar

black truffle risotto with porcini foam and spring onions

multi grain spanish pizza with red peppers manchego and chorizo

chilled avocado gazpacho with blue crab salsa

– Entree (please select one) –

grilled kansas black angus filet mignon, finished with brandy-roasted wild mushroom-cream sauce, served on a bed of fingerling potatoes mashed with white truffles, with grilled asparagus

grilled arctic char filets, finished with a sweet roasted red pepper glaze, served on a wild rice, red pepper and sweet corn risotto.

Slow-roasted. cornish hen glazed with lemon and fresh thyme, served on a bed of sauteed fresh green beans and shittake mushrooms

ONLY the prix fixe menu will be offered on Valentine’s Day
each Valentine’s Day diner must order a full prix fixe menu
guest may order a la carte only at the bar
