hawaiian shutome swordfish – shredded carrot
with spicy shoyu sauce

Sushi Entree
Spicy Tuna Roll with cucumber and panko

“Tropical Roll” hawaiian shutome swordfish, cilantro,
fresno red chiles, cucumber, and orange tobiko

maki roll of smoked salmon with wasabi cream cheese, spring onions, cucumber and avocado

sake-poached baby squid stuffed with cilantro and sushi rice
finished with green tea-sake dressing

shredded daikon

blueberry compote on sticky rice
