Specials for weekend of September 6-7

Great specials, I always love this salmon, and the Bison Ragout is delicious. I just brought in six new Barolos, and I think that is the perfect wine paring for this dish!

I put double chocolate bread pudding on the dessert menu this weekend. Rachel has been baking homemade brioche for it all day, it’s incredible, and I am in trouble for putting it on the menu, so make sure and enjoy dessert this weekend!

We have a new oyster that I have never offered before, Wellfleet from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Strong currents, and cool, pure waters make these unique East Coast oysters unlike any you have had before.

Only two seats remain for the E Guigal wine dinner, I posted the menu online. It is not for the faint of heart, but it is the greatest lineup of wine I have every had!

Enjoy! – Scott
