Specials for weekend of September 27-28

We have some really special treats this weekend!
I am able to offer some incredible Black Cod from the Oregon Coast. This delicate and delicious fish is about as beautiful tasting as a white fish can get. In order to showcase the fresh beauty of this fish, I created a very simple finish. Elegant tasting!
And I have some fantastic locally-raised lamb from the Mertz farm, these country style ribs are a real treat on the grill. I mean they are REALLY good.
Short rib sliders and Rachel’s pumpkin bread pudding, how can it get any better?

Soup – Tomato and Basil
Special – Oregon Black Cod pan-seared and finished with lemon-thyme beurre blanc sauce, served on a bed of pan-wilted heirloom red spinach and shallots.

Special – River Creek Farm locally-raised lamb country style ribs, marinated in red wine with garlic and rosemary, finished on the grill, served on a bed of Moroccan couscous with grilled asparagus.

Amuse – ginger agua fresca
Starter – red wine braised beef short rib sliders with spicy reduction, cheddar cheese vine ripened tomatoes on sweet rolls
Entrees – seared black cod, red wine grilled country rib lamb
Dessert – pumpkin bread pudding
