Specials for weekend of October 4-5

The first Monday of every month we will offer a comparative wine tasting to try new wines and regions. This group will be hosted in the private dinning room and will feature a glass of three different wines to compare and discussion will be led by Jack. Cost will vary with the wines, but usually be around $14 to $18 per person. The first tasting will be this Monday the 6th at 6pm. Space is limited.

Moving into some fall specials, I have a nice Bison menu lined up for this weekend. Bison sliders for an appetizer, MASSIVE bison osso buco (really incredible stuff), and bay scallops with roasted red pepper-cream sauce. Plus, Rachel’s awesome pumpkin cheesecake for a special dessert. Wow.

Soup – roasted zucchini soup
Special Рgeorges bank bay scallops, saut̩ed with mini peppers, fresh herbs, and fire-roasted red pepper-cream sauce tossed with linguine.

Starter – American bison sliders with smoked gouda, mixed greens
