Specials for weekend of October 11-12

Thank you to everyone who came to the E Guigal wine dinner last night. I had a blast, loved the wines, and really enjoyed sharing them with everyone. Thank you to Jock for hosting.

I brought in some AMAZING fish and Kobe Beef. You really, really won’t want to miss out on these!

If the Wildcats can beat Baylor this Saturday, I am ready to buy shots for everyone!

Amuse – roasted red pepper gazpacho
Starter – seared diver scallop from Georges Bank, on pan-wilted baby spinach finished with saffron-sea urchin-cream sauce
Entrees – grilled cabilla grouper, grilled kobe flank steaks
Dessert – Maple mousse with homemade ginger snaps
