Specials for weekend of November 1-2
We just got in some new pigs from the Good’s farm, and pomegranates are in season, so it was the perfect time to feature the pomegranate-pistachio pork chops on the menu. That also means that the root beer braised pork belly is back on the menu tonight!
I also have some excellent red fish coming in from the Gulf, and will feature a delicious special with that as well.
And you really wont want to miss out on our shrimp and grits special appetizer.
With the new location, and adding lunches, I super-need to hire a number of servers, chefs, hosts, and bartenders. If you know anyone who is interested in working at 4 Olives, please let them know to email me soon.
Enjoy! – Scott
