Specials for weekend of May 23 & 24
Bring the family out to 4 Olives this weekend. The specials are fantastic, the weather is beautiful, and you don’t want to have to clean up the huge mess you are going to make grilling out!
My idea of a perfect evening is dinner on the patio, eventually it’s going to be too hot, but right now it is amazing.
We will be open normal dinner hours on Monday, Memorial Day.

Soup – Cream of Artichoke
Special – Georges Bank flounder pan-seared and finished with grape tomato, capers, and preserved lemon, served on a bed of chive mashed Yukon Gold potatoes with white asparagus.

Amuse – Kansas white bean and truffle puree on crostini
Starter – Georges Bank Bay Scallops sautéed with red onion, and tri color peppers, finished with spinach pesto-cream sauce, penne pasta
Entrees – pan-seared flounder, braised veal osso buco
Dessert – pineapple upside down cornmeal cake
