Specials for weekend of July 26-27

We are super excited to offer Pacific Bluefin Tuna on the menu this weekend. This is the fish that is prized above all others in Japan for its bight color and delicious richness. Bluefin is normally difficult to get, and prices can be outrageous (a single fish has sold for over one million dollars! Perfect for the grill, we are featuring the Bluefin with a light olive vinaigrette, perfect summer fare. I have only served this fish one other time in the last nine years, so don’t miss out!

Craig Good has provided me with many wonderful pigs over the years, and every now and then a terrific Black Angus. We are featuring slow braised Osso Buco from his cattle, and I only have a very limited amount. This is the right time to come in and order a delicious Barolo.

Only a few seats remain open for the Grgich Hills Wine Dinner. This dinner will be in celebration of Mike Grgich’s 90th birthday.

Enjoy! – Scott
