Specials for weekend of January 17-18

I am pretty excited about the specials. I wanted to do something a little different this weekend, and the special Mac n Cheese appetizer is sure to amaze. Plus, Lobster Pot Pie and Lamb Kebabs!

For those of you doubting that anything was happening inside behind the plywood walls, you may have noticed that in the last few days we started having a lot of windows, finished walls, a patio, a door, tile on the floor, and lots more. I am not going to block the windows, so you can drive by and see what is happening (except on Monday, then there is going to be a huge crane there mounting our roof top fans).

Special Entrees – Friday and Saturday
Soup – Cream of Celery
Special – Cold water Atlantic Lobster Pot Pie with fresh herbs, aromatic vegetables, fennel, Marsala, and corn. Puff pastry crust by 4 Cakes.
wine pairing – Lioco Chardonnay

Special – Locally-raised Mertz farm lamb kebab teriyaki, grilled and served on a spring onion risotto with grilled vegetables.

This Weekend’s Prix Fixe Menu
Amuse – Wiebe Dairy Cheddar with dates
Starter – Alma cheddar Mac n Cheese, with penne pasta, bacon bits, and brown butter bread crumbs
Entrees – Lobster Pot Pie and Local Lamb Kebabs
Dessert – Black and white cheesecake with oreo crust, vanilla cheesecake with a Belgian chocolate swirl.
