Specials for weekend of August 30-31

This is a weekend, that if you miss coming in to 4 Olives, you will be kicking yourself for a while!

I have amazing, live, Florida Spiny Lobsters for the special this weekend! Check out the photo on our website, they are truly beautiful, but even more delicious! I selected a simple preparation to showcase this wonderful treat. This is only third time in ten years I have had this offered as a special!
Or perhaps some American Bison (Buffalo) short ribs, slow-braised in shiraz with fresh herbs and served on creamy polenta.
And if you can roll this large, how about “The Deuce?” Put both entrees together for a massive meal that will be the highlight of your culinary year, and will help slow your heart rate!

Soup – Avocado-buttermilk gazpacho
Special – Florida Spiny Lobster poached in Champagne and finished on the grill with herbed butter, served on a bed of baby arugula tossed in orange citronette, served with roasted corn risotto. (larger size lobsters available)
wine pairing – Failla Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Special – American Bison short ribs, slowed-braised in red wine with fresh herbs, served on a bed of cheddar creamy polenta with grilled asparagus.
