I had a delicious Caipirinha the other night and it was so good it inspired me to craft a menu this week around the fresh, bright flavors of Brazil. I hope you enjoy it!

Soup – Avocado-buttermilk gazpacho
Special – Atlantic Snapper grilled in banana leaf with fresh herbs and citrus, served on a bed of mango-cilantro risotto with grilled zucchini.

Special – Kansas-raised Angus flat iron steak grilled Churrasco-style with citrus-herb marinate, served on a bed of sautéed hearty greens and garlic rice.
