Specials for the weekend of July 18 and 19

I was in the mood for crab legs this weekend, and I put a totally different spin on things that I am certain you will enjoy. For the lamb special I have River Creek Farms lamb that was locally-raised, it is fantastic. And the Chanterelle mushrooms are so on point, I had to make a featured appetizer with them!

Special Entrees – Friday and Saturday
Soup – Chilled Cucumber-Avocado
Special – Alaskan King Crab Legs grilled with pomegranate-chile glaze, served with grilled locally-raised sweet corn and pan-wilted baby spinach.

Special – Locally-raised lamb chops grilled with homemade apple butter glaze, served on sauteed mustard greens sauteed with prosciutto bacon bits and honey-sauteed carrots.

Amuse – sweet corn puree with prosciutto bacon
Starter – Fresh, wild Louisiana Chantrelle mushrooms, roasted with thyme and pan-finished with Gruyere into a risotto
Entrees – Grilled crab legs and grilled lamb chops
Dessert – Pots de Creme Duo Belgian Chocolate and Salted Caramel
