We will be keeping the lounge and bar open late on Friday and Saturday from now forward.  Beginning this weekend, stop by 4 Olives for some of the finest cocktails anywhere until 1:00 AM. This is in keeping with our original concept of 4 Olives being the premium bar alternative in Manhattan for adults!

We will be featuring the classic Mint Julep cocktail, served in traditional silver cups, as our cocktail this weekend.  We will be opening the bar and private event room early on Saturday to watch the Kentucky Derby and drinking Mint Juleps.  Have some Southern fun and join us!

Special – Canadian Wild Boar chop, pan-seared and finished with a fresh blackberry-Shiraz demi glace, served on a bed of rosemary smashed red potatoes, with grilled asparagus.
Suggested wine – First Drop 2% Barossa Shiraz

Amuse – Edamame with chile-ginger glaze
Starter – Tomato and Basil soup with mini Gruyere grilled cheese sandwich
Entree – Friday – Alaskan Halibut with morel risotto
Entree – Saturday – Seared Wild Boar chops with rosemary potatoes
Dessert – Mousse Trio – Belgian Chocolate with whipped cream and toasted macadamia nuts, Milk Chocolate Sesame with sesame honey tuille, and Maple Star Anise with gingersnap crumbles
