Spanish Wine Dinner – March 1

ALL PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT The Fort Riley Mother’s Outreach Layette Program through the Red Cross. They give a baby bundle to all new first time mothers with a spouse soldier of a certain rank and below. It includes, diapers, layette clothes, and other baby essentials.

Mixed fresh seafood and homemade chorizo Paella with Valencia rice
Telmo Rodriguez Basa Spanish White Wine

– Entree –
Spanish potato and egg torte with fresh herbs, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, and homemade Spanish chorizo sausage, finished with arugula and balsamic reduction
Vino Zaco Rioja

Flan – baked custard with sherry-infused caramel sauce finished with fresh berries
