Amuse – Cauliflower-sesame puree on cucumber chip
Starter – Fresh, Maryland softshell crabs, pan-seared with a cornmeal crust, served on a toasted ciabatta roll with roasted red pepper remoulade, tomato and lettuce
Entrees – Shutome Swordfish and Shiraz-braised local duck
Dessert – Fresh Blueberry Cheesecake Tart
