Scallops with Lobster Sauce, Pan-Roasted Chicken – Specials May 27 and 28
Last year, we watched the season finale of a television show, that so inspired us that we felt we had to put together a menu based on events from the episode. The comedy so perfectly satirized two of America hottest trends, that was pretty much as total zen, and is my example of what entertainment is meant to be. And every time one of us is in the kitchen deglazing a pan, we are compelled to repeat lines from the show. With the Food Network having been in Manhattan in the last few weeks, it seemed like the perfect time to put together this menu. We hope you enjoy our ultimate throwdown challenge menu!

Soup – Tomato, basil and cream fraiche gazpacho
Special – Fresh, diver-caught, Maine sea scallops potato crusted and pan-seared, finished with lobster foam and tobiko beurre blanc, served on a bed of roasted corn risotto.

Special – Locally-raised Cornish chicken from the Good Shepherd Farm, pan-roasted with a deglazed pan sauce of red wine and shallots, served on a bed of chive whipped Yukon Gold potatoes and grilled asparagus.
