Scallops with Fennel, Apricot Pork Tenderloin – Specials Sept 21-22

This will be the last weekend to score the Sauvignon Blanc steamed mussels, prawns and penne entree, and Scallops with roasted chiles. We will change the menu on Monday to reflect the new season.

The barrel-aged cocktail we have been working on is just about done. We will set a date to crack it open and see the results soon!

Next Thursday is the sushi event. The fishing in Hawaii has been awesome, and we are looking forward to a fantastic dinner.

Great specials this weekend that are totally in tune with the fall weather. You wont want to miss out.

I have some special oysters in from the Chesapeake Bay located where the James River meets the bay. Delicious.

Entrees – Georges Bank Scallops, Grilled apricot Duroc pork
Dessert – Maple and mascarpone cheesecake with walnut shortbread crumbles
