Wine Tasting is available anytime that evening with tasting notes.
Executive Chef-Sommelier Scott Benjamin
will offer a presentation on the wines at 7pm in the Private Room

Chou Farci – Savoy cabbage stuffed with sausage, fresh herbs and spices
M. Chapoutier la Petite Rouche Ruche Crozes Hermitage Blanc

Pot au Feu – Beef slow-braised with aromatic vegetables and herbs,
finished with dijon-shallot-cream sauce
M. Chapoutier Cotes du Rhone

GratinĂ©e Lyonnaise – Caramelized onion soup finished
with toasted baguette and Emmenthaler cheese
Perrin et Fils Vacqueyras “Les Christins”

Saint Marcellin – ultra-creamy, ripened cow’s milk cheese from the Rhone
