Raspberry BBQ Salmon, Cedar Plank KC Strip – Specials for weekend of July 12-13

I am celebrating the grill with this weekend’s specials. I have created some tasty updated classics that are certain to make you want to come in and join us for dinner. Plus, who wants to cook at home when it is this hot out?

Beat the heat and join us for dinner, this is the perfect time of year to have a relaxing meal out.

Griff and I will have the new cocktail menu finished early next week. We will post Facebook notes and photos of all the new cocktails as we roll them out. So you can get them before they are even on the menu!

Soup – Roasted Corn Chowder
Special – Wester Ross Salmon grilled with raspberry barbecue glaze served on a bed of spring onion risotto and grilled asparagus

Special – Kansas Black Angus KC Strip Steak grilled on a cedar plank and served on a bed of bacon-cheddar mashed red potatoes with corn on the cob grilled with cilantro butter.

Amuse – spiced tomato gelee with smoked salt
Starter – Skipjack Hamachi with Asian Pear, baby peppers, tobiko, baby arugula with wasabi vinaigrette
Entrees – Grilled BBQ Salmon, Grilled KC Strip
Dessert – Mississippi Mud Pie
