Pecan Crusted Walleye, Pork Osso Buco – Specials Jan 18-19
I don’t know about being ultra-fancy, but the specials this weekend certainly will be ultra-yummy!
A basil gnocchi appetizer with pumpkin-cream sauce, Minnesota Walleye with pecans, and Pork Osso Buco from Duroc Pigs locally-raised Olsburg by Craig and Amy Good. Delicious!
Special Entrees – Friday and Saturday
Soup – Minnesota Walleye pan-seared with a pecan crust, finished with beurre noisette sauce, served on a bed of fresh green beans sauteed with lemon and shallots.

Special – Locally-raised Duroc Pork Osso Buco slow braised with white wine, fresh herbs and aromatic vegetable, served on a bed of spinach pesto risotto.
