New Year’s Eve Specials
for New Year’s Eve 2010, we will be offering a prix fixe menu with multiple options for each course.
we will be open from 5pm until 1am, we will be open New Years Day
We will saber a champagne bottle at midnight, and have a special toast.

The Lobster, Kobe, and Sushi are limited, please let me know if you would like me to hold one for your reservation.

Amuse Bouche
chilled english pea soup with
crème fraiche and american sturgeon caviar

tarte flambée – pastry crust with onions, duroc bacon, fromage blanc, crème fraîche, gruyère de comté, and wild chanterelle mushrooms

kansas-raised beef tenderloin carpaccio, with horseradish cream sauce, virgin olive oil, capers, shallots, shaved parmesan, and mixed greens

inside-out maki sushi roll with unagi, avocado, cilantro, red pepper, cucumber, wrapped with alaskan king salmon and hawaiian ahi

mishima ranch american wagyu ultra grade (beef marbeling score of 8-12, six levels better than prime) grilled kc strip steaks, with aged sherry wine glaze, finished with sauteed porcini mushrooms, and shaved asiago cheese, served on a bed of white truffle mashed yukon gold potatoes and grilled asparagus. santa barbara rock lobster tail poached in champagne and coriander, finished with american sea urchin roe-butter-cream sauce, served on a bed of sweat english pea parmesan risotto and grilled asparagus

young game hen braised with lemon-thyme-soy glaze, served on a bed of pan-made chowder of wild rice, red peppers and grilled corn

prix fixe and tasting menus may be split for
a charge of four dollars
each diner must order an entrée
