Morels with Halibut, Morels with KC Strips – Specials for weekend of May 3-4

MOREL TIME! This weekend all of my specials will include fresh, wild, local Morel Mushrooms, which I consider to be one of the great foods on the planet! A morel appetizer with tempura mushrooms and roasted red pepper aioli, a grilled Alaskan Halibut with morels and snow peas, and a grille Kansas City Strip with morels and shallots. It just cannot be beat! With the crazy weather this may be our one shot at morels this year, don’t miss out!

Lots coming up in the next month. Make certain to join us for Mothers Day Brunch or Dinner. We are then Open all day on Graduation May 18, which is a great time to stop by for lunch even if you are not graduating. I am hosting a sushi dinner in late May. Then a wine class over Oregon wines, and a Belgian Beer Dinner on June 6. We look forward to seeing you!

Enjoy! – Scott
