Mango Mahimahi, Kona KC Strip Steak Specials March 22-23

I keep saying that it is only this one last time that we will see snow this year. Eventually, I have to be correct! With the weather so crazy, and fishing perfect in Hawaii right now, it just seemed like the perfect time to enjoy specials inspired by the islands.

We are also happy to announce an Italian wine dinner on April 25, featuring the wines of Michele Chiarlo and presented by Keith Paden of Kobrand. I will send out a menu shortly when I am certain what wines I can get a hold of.

Special – Pan-seared Hawaiian Mahimahi with mango-macademia nut crust, served on a bed of Thai-spiced mashed sweet potatoes, grilled zucchini

Special – Kona Coffee glazed grilled KC Strip Steak on a bed of Maui onion smashed red potatoes, with grilled asparagus.
