We will be open all day 11am to 11pm on Saturday for K-State graduation celebrations. Even if you are not graduating this weekend, it is a great time to join us for lunch.
I sent out the New Years Eve special menu last night. I imagine that we will sell out even faster this year than we did last year. Please make certain to make reservations early, I hate to see any loyal e-mail readers not get to join us!
Another Holiday event that is sure to fill up quickly (especially falling on a Saturday this year) is our Christmas Eve dinner. We will be offering the full menu from 11am to 8pm, plus a few holiday specials.
This weekend, we are offering on of my very favorite dishes that we only do once each year when all the elements come together. Fresh, locally-raised Duroc pork rib chops, marinated in apple cider, seared and finished with a fresh pomegranate-pistachio relish. We also have some INCREDIBLE salmon from the cold waters of Highland Scotland at Loch Duart. You really won’t want to miss out on either special, I don’t even know how you are going to choose!

Special – Fresh, Loch Duart Salmon from the Scottish Highlands, grilled with a Scotch Whiskey and wildflower honey glaze, served on a bed of wild rice risotto with grilled asparagus.
