King Salmon and KC Strip Steaks, wild mushrooms – Specials Oct 7-8
The wild king salmon was so popular last week, that I brought it back for this weekend. When the fish is this good, and the season is nearly over, it’s pretty hard to pass it up.
We will have both the eight dollar sushi appetizer and sushi entrees Thursday. Now is a great time to come visit 4 Olives for sushi, the fish are coming in at fantastic quality.
I will be offering a two night wine class on November 7, and November 14 featuring the Bordeaux region. I plan on limited the class size to 16 persons, and with the incredible lineup of wines I have in store, this should sell out quickly.
