King Salmon and Irish Cheddar Filet Mignon – Special Oct 28-29
I was really hungry when I wrote these specials, so you can count on them being tasty and seasonal with only the freshest ingredients! The wild salmon season is almost over, but we are lucky to be able to offer some delicious Kings from the Columbia river. And how about a filet mignon with Irish cheddar and a Whiskey glaze, delicious.
The staff at 4 Olives wants to give their best wishes to the Wildcats, we are all super-excited about the game! What a season. Oh and Game Day should have been in Manhattan this weekend!

Starter – Root beer glazed pork belly with cheddar polenta and baby kiwi

Dessert – Maple walnut bread pudding – brioche soaked in maple infused custard, finished with pure maple syrup, whipped cream and candied walnuts
