fire-roasted red pepper soup

beef short rib osso buco in braised in red wine
served on a bed of saffron risotto
finished with parsley-lemon gremolata

budino (pudding cake) with rhubarb compote

class will begin at 10am and finish at 1pm
your “final exam” will be to eat the meal you have made
it might be a little early, but some wine may still get poured!
guests will learn techniques and actually prepare the
dishes, no “swap outs” you get to do all the cooking.
each guest will be provided the recipes to take home
and recive a chef’s apron with embrodered logo

$98 per person – limited to eight persons
