Irish Specials – Whiskey-glazed Salmon, Corned Beef – Specials March 15-16
With Sunday being St Patrick’s Day, this weekend’s specials are inspired by the foods and beverages of Ireland. I am offering a homemade corned beef with vegetables and an Irish Whiskey glazed Salmon. And of course we have a large selection of Irish Whiskies, so why not mix it up a little and have your favorite cocktail made with something different to celebrate?

Soup – Roasted Butternut Squash
Special – Grilled North Atlantic Salmon with Irish Whiskey-honey glaze, served on a bed of barley risotto with grilled asparagus.
