It really is already time to start thinking about Valentine’s Day plans. As I look at the reservations, we are already getting pretty full, and that’s before I sent out the menu on Tuesday. Please make your reservations soon.

Special Entrees – Friday and Saturday
Wester Ross Salmon from Scotland, grilled with honey-thyme glaze, served on a bed of roasted red pepper risotto with grilled asparagus.

Special – Locally-raised Duroc Pork Rib Chops cider brined and pan-seared, finished with cranberry-pistachio salad, served on a bed of cider sauteed baby savoy cabbage.

Amuse – carrot and saffron soup
Starter – grilled cheese, with WheatFields multi-grain and aged Fontina, and tomato basil soup
Entrees – honey glazed wester ross salmon, Duroc pork chops
Dessert – caramel macchiato creme brulee
