Hawaiian Ono, Father’s Day Brat and Filet – Specials June 16-17

Father’s Day is this Sunday, so make certain to take dad out for the delicious steak or scallops that he is really wanting this weekend! Brunch is 10am to 2pm and dinner is 5pm to 11pm.

Really fantastic specials this weekend, including Ono, the the Hawaiian fish that is so good it’s name literally translates to “good to eat!” And how about the Father’s Day ultra-filet? A filet mignon with a homemade brat, blue cheese, and bacon-mashed potatoes! And how about a crab bisque soup to start?

Special Entrees – Friday and Saturday
Soup – Crab-Tomato Bisque
Special – Ultra-fresh, Hawaiian Ono with coconut water glaze, finished with ginger beurre blanc, served on a bed of spiced sweet potatoes and grilled zucchini.
wine pairing – Selbach Riesling Kabinet

Special – Kansas-raised, dry-aged, Angus filet mignon, grilled and finished with a seared, spicy, homemade brat, the the brat is poached in, and finished with, a Guinness stout beer reduction, served on a bed of smashed, roasted red potatoes with bacon and shallots.
wine pairing – Mitolo Jester Cabernet Sauvignon

This Weekend’s Prix Fixe Menu
Amuse – cantaloupe gazpacho
Starter – Maine cold-smoked salmon on frommage blanc with chives served on toasted WheatFields ciabatta
Entrees – Grilled Hawaiian Ono, Grilled Filet Mignon with Brat
Dessert – Dad’s Sundae – fudge brownie, Call Hall vanilla ice cream, whiskey-caramel sauce, candied spiced pecans
