In addition to the amazing specials this weekend, we have a few new items showing up on the menu.

The lemon-thyme prawns are back. Made with the most amazing shrimp in the world, the Hawaiian Blue Prawn. This fresh, light dish is certain to be the perfect entree for the summer, and make you wonder why you ever ate another shrimp.

Everyone who tried the special last weekend raved about the risotto, and asked me to keep it around, which I can do as long as I have fresh summer corn. So by popular demand, the Alaskan King Crab-sweet corn risotto is going to offered as an appetizer for the summer.

We also have twenty five new wines on the list, all below $38 in cost and fantastic values.

Special – Grilled, Wester Ross Salmon with a lemon-thyme glaze, served on a bed of roasted corn and wild rice risotto with grilled asparagus

Starter – seared sea scallop with brown butter sauce over sugar snap peas and grilled lemon
Entrees – Grilled Wester Ross Salmon, slow braised wild boar
Dessert – Lemon Panna Cotta with Lemon Marmalade and gingersnap crumbles
