Grilled Shrimp Kebabs, Oxtail Ragu – Specials July 27-28
We have a great lineup of specials this weekend featuring fantastic items we have never offered before. In addition, the Prix Fixe Menu Specials are $10 less than normal this weekend.
We have grilled saltwater prawn kebabs with delicious Peppadew red peppers, Oxtail ragu featuring beef from Craig and Amy Good, and a delicious American Bison carpaccio from local buffalo on the Flint Hills. This is also the first time I have offered a cucumber dill soup. With this intense, long heat wave, I have had to create a few new fresh, chilled soups this year. It’s all not to be missed!
Special Entrees – Friday and Saturday
Soup – Chilled Cucumber Dill
Special – Large, salt water prawns grilled on kebabs with ginger glaze and fresh lime, with grilled vegetables zucchini, cremini mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and peppadew red peppers. Served on a bed of grilled pineapple stir-fried basmati rice.

Special – Locally-raised at Good Farms in Olsburg, Angus beef oxtail ragu on potato gnocchi, with slow braised beef, tomatoes, carrots, onions and fresh herbs in Barolo red wine sauce.

Amuse – orzo salad with tomato, red onion and feta

Dessert – Double Chocolate Bread Pudding – homemade brioche baked into a belgian chocolate custard, served in a pool of homemade salted caramel
