Grilled scallops-shrimp, Grilled filet mignon – Specials April 26-27

Really fantastic specials this weekend offering items with a different twist this week, Italian.

I’m certain that you won’t want to miss a filet mignon on a bed of lobster risotto, or shrimp and scallops on one plate! Even the amuse bouche is one of our most popular this weekend.

Plus I put together a special cocktail just for this weekend, refreshing before a meal, with Aperol used in a way you might not expect.

Soup – San Marzano tomato bisque, grilled bread, basil
Special – Grilled sea scallops, gulf white shrimp and lemon, with arugula, capers, orange zest, served on a bed of creamy Pecorino polenta.

Special – Grilled Filet Mignon with roasted butternut squash puree, balsamic reduction, Pecorino cheese, served on lobster, sweet pea risotto, with grilled asparagus

Amuse – Tomato and fresh mozzarella kebabs
Starter – Basil gnocchi with porcini-sage-cream sauce
Entrees – Grilled scallops-shrimp, Grilled filet mignon
Dessert – Mascarpone panna cotta with huckleberry compote and biscotti crumbles
