Grilled Pineapple Salmon, Grilled Kona Beef Kebabs – Specials for July 5-6

By now you are probably pretty tired of baked beans and constantly cleaning up your kitchen after the 4th of July Holiday. I might suggest that the perfect solution is a trip with your family to 4 Olives for dinner. By joining us for dinner, you spend all of your time with your family, instead of in the kitchen or at the grocery store. Besides, you know you want to show your cousin from New York that the Little Apple is equally cool, and what better way to do that than by taking him to an award winning restaurant with an 800 bottle wine list!

I figured I would celebrate our nation’s birthday with a menu inspired by one of the last states to join the union, Hawaii. I am certain that you will enjoy the special menu I have put together for this weekend, and with the beautiful weather, it will practically feel like you are there!

Soup – miso soup with enoki mushrooms and spring onions
Special – Wester Ross Salmon grilled with maple-soy glaze, finished with pineapple-red pepper salsa, served on a bed of thai-spiced mashed sweet potatoes with grilled zucchini.

Special – Kona Coffee marinated, grilled, locally-raised beef tenderloin kebabs, with grilled vegetables and mango rice stir-fry.

Starter – Sushi nigiri of Ahi, Salmon, and Scallop

Dessert – Coconut-Caramel Cheesecake with Spiced Mango and Toasted Macadamia Nuts
