Flounder, Braised Short Ribs – Specials Feb 18-19

Lobster-mango maki roll, smoked salmon on grilled flatbread, pomegranate-glazed duck, miso-maple-glazed salmon, cider-brined pork steak on wild rice risotto, lemon-sage quail, scallops with bacon-shiitake-cream broth, four new wines by the glass, and three new cheeses, including one that is the finest Alpine cheese I have ever had.

LOBSTER POT PIE APPETIZER – A mini version of the lobster pot pie that everyone raves about (but I rarely make because it is such a pain in the rear end). Available as part of the prix fixe or by itself.

FAILLA WINE TASTING – SATURDAY – The winery is bringing additional wines, so for $28 you can meet the winemaker and try wines that would cost you $300 to try at home! Don’t miss out!

Laderia wine dinner and bourbon tasting are both sold out, sorry.

Enjoy! – Scott
