The Real Deal – Duroc Ham: For Christmas, we are proud to offer locally-cured Heritage Breed Duroc Hams. These pigs were raised locally by Craig and Amy Good on their pristine farm located outside of Olsburg, Kansas. The Goods are wonderful friends of our restaurant, and we believe they produce the finest pork in the world!
