Bourbon Scallops, Kobe Flatiron Steaks – Specials for weekend of July 19-20

This weekend is going to be way too warm to heat up your home cooking and then have to follow that up with doing the dishes. Plus, with Kobe Flat Iron steaks, and Grilled Sea Scallops, the specials can’t be beat this weekend.

There is also a fantastic appetizer special with fresh Prince Edward Island mussels in stout, and Rachel made an awesome creme brulee with Yuzu citrons from Japan.

Special – Diver caught Georges Bank Scallops grilled with Bourbon glaze served on a bed of roasted sweet potato risotto, grilled vegetables.
