BOND Wine Dinner – September 13

BOND WINE DINNER – Monday, September 13 7pm
BOND is the dream of Bill Harlan that became a reality. The wines are all single vineyards produced from the “Grand Crus” of the Napa Valley. The wines are stunning individually and breath taking when tasted together. Trying just one of these wines is remarkable, but trying them at once is a life-altering event, as rare as seeing a white bison. This will be the most ambitious event we have ever put together. Even more impressive, the wines will be presented by BOND’s Estate Director Paul Roberts, a Master Sommelier and former wine director for Thomas Keller’s French Laundry, Per Se, Ad Hoc, and Bouchon! This is certain to be a night you will remember forever.
