BARREL AGED COCKTAIL TAPPING
Two months ago we began aging two special cocktails.
After careful taste testing, we have decided that next two Thursdays are the correct times to tap them. Barrel aging
adds a unique and complex character to a cocktail.
Thursday, January 24 at 7pm
Oaxacan Campfire – a unique blend of Sombra Mezcal, Vya Sweet Vermouth, Averna Amaro, and orange. It is refreshing with hints of sweet smoke. Most Mezcal is unaged, this is our attempt to “tame” a little of the fire, but keep the same spirit.
Thursday, January 31 at 7pm
The Big Red One – this is our tribute cocktail to our soldiers at Fort Riley and around the world. A bold and spicy blend of Plymouth Gin, Campari, and Vya Sweet Vermouth finished with flamed orange peel. No Mission Too Difficult, No Sacrifice Too Great-Duty First! Thank you for your service!
