Barramundi Sea Bass and Wasabi-crusted Lamb Chops – Specials April 29-30

Specials this weekend are really going to be exciting. Fresh MORELS, Australian Sea Bass (Barramundi), and lamb chops with bacon-sweet pea risotto! Plus we are putting together a special appetizer, a lobster omelette, at the request of a very special guest. This is truly a weekend that you do not want to miss out on!.

Thursday is Cinco de Mayo, and we will be running some hearty specials for the day.

Saturday is Derby Day, and all of the specials will focus on Bourbon, make certain to join us for a Mint Julep, they are awesome!

Sunday, YES NEXT SUNDAY IS MOTHER’S DAY, we will be offering a special brunch from 10am to 2pm and dinner from 5pm to 11pm. It seems that with Easter being so late, everyone forgot about Mother’s Day, and we are booking up quickly!

Soup – Chilled Cream of Asparagus with creme fraiche
Special – Ultra-fresh, Australian Barramundi grilled with parsley pesto and finished with fresh morels, pearl onions, and baby carrots in court bouillon stock, served on a bed of pan wilted baby spinach.

Soup – French Onion with authentic Gruyere
Special – Wasabi-panko-crusted New Zealand Lamb Chops roasted, served on a bed of locally-raised and house-cured bacon and sweet pea risotto.

Amuse – Smoked Salmon in Crepes
Starter – Lobster Omelete with fresh herbs and bechamel sauce
Entrees – Barramundi Sea Bass and Wasabi-crusted Lamb Chops
Dessert – Chocolate Tiramisu, homemade ladyfinger, creamy mascarpone and Belgian dark chocolate
