Atlantic Striped Sea Bass, Local Cornish Hens, Specials March 11, 12

This weekend I have some fantastic Atlantic Black Striped Sea Bass as well as locally-raised, heritage breed, Cornish chickens from the Good Shepherd Ranch in Lindsbourg, Kansas. Don’t miss out on the clean, fresh flavors of the Atlantic Bass, or how wonderful chicken can really be (especially while supporting local farmers).

I also made an additional batch of Boudin Blanc, after the super positive reaction I had on Mardi Gras. It takes forever to make these things, so it’s likely to be awhile before I get talked in to this again, but be certain the come in this weekend and enjoy this wonderful treat from New Orleans!

Next Thursday, we have some wonderful specials to celebrate St Patrick’s Day. Please note that we only celebrate the real St Patrick’s Day and it’s heritage, no need to have another excuse to binge drink this weekend for us!

Enjoy! – Scott
