Apricot glazed Wester Ross Salmon, Brandied Filet Mignon – Specials Oct 5-6

So the Barrel-Aged cocktail went over really well last night, in fact there are only a few drinks remaining of this first barrel, and it will be a month before the next one is ready to go. I did order a few more mini barrels today to expand the program, I have an idea for a Mezcal-based barrel-aged cocktail for next time.

We would like to welcome our friends joining us from Lawrence this weekend. I can’t honestly say that I hope the game goes well for you, but we do hope you enjoy your stay and join us for dinner.

The Italian Wine Dinner is almost sold out, I will likely have to stop taking reservations after this weekend.

Enjoy! -Scott
