With Thanksgiving this Thursday, we won’t be offering sushi this week.

Probably by the time your read this, you will have consumed 6000 calories of turkey and starches, and the last thing you want is more Thanksgiving foods or another huge mess to clean up! Amuse – spicy king salmon on sushi rice flower
Starter – diver-caught Maine seas scallop, pan-seared and finished with a saffron-vanilla sauce and served on pan-wilted spinach
Entrees – Alaskan King Salmon or Kobe Flat Iron Steaks
Dessert- Chocolate cream tart – sweet pastry crust, creamy Belgian chocolate mousse filling, topped with toasted meringue
